I was just checking my weekend schedule and my mind started to think "oh, it's going to be quite hectic, I need to do this and then do that after. Oh, then I also want to do this and that..." Immediately, I felt overwhelmed and some mental chatter with negative emotion arose.
I have an external event today for our partners at work and I'm leading this also will be a speaker.
Other things I need to tackle as well as my career and goals etc.
I'm sipping organic Ume soda and just reminding myself that do the most important thing at time today.
